HOW WE PROTECT YOUR ORGANISATION’S INFORMATION
All data is stored on secure Australian servers hosted by Microsoft Azure.
Data on these servers is backed up in triplicate at 20-minute, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly intervals. Backups are stored for between 7 days and 1 year.
Additional copies of the daily, weekly, and monthly Azure backups are stored on a private local server outside the Microsoft Azure environment.
Access to all databases is controlled through industry-standard safeguards, including the use of VPNs.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google services in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.
This online service is bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles.
